Silent
chains

Transportation of glass bottles and jars from the hot end to the cold end is an important and not simple process in glass production. The basis of these conveyors are silent chains that can withstand the high temperatures just formed bottle. 

Each year, the requirements for glass containers become more stricter. Bottle becomes smaller,  speeds and productivity of the lines increase, which in turn poses even greater challenges to the quality  of chains and their ability to gently transport glass bottles. We can offer standard and extended pitch chains, single and double pin chains, with additional head protection and with laser welded pins that will do the job perfectly.
